The Level 4 qualification suite is designed for new and aspiring department heads, regional team leaders and other middle managers I-L-M who want to develop comprehensive leadership and management capabilities. It’s offered by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), which is part of City & Guilds. The qualification is equivalent to first-year degree level.
