The Level 3 qualifications are ideal for those with management responsibilities but no formal training, particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to management level and managers leading people through organisational change Academylm. These qualifications are offered by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), part of City & Guilds, and are equivalent to A-Level standard.
