Meet Nina Demkah-Bagha
Nina Bagha is a seasoned Human Resources and business consultant with over 20 years of leadership experience across multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. As Founder and Managing Director of this HR training institute in Mauritius, she brings a rare combination of academic rigour, international exposure, and deep practical experience to every course she delivers.
Nina holds an MA in Strategic HRM from Anglia Ruskin University and an MBA with Merit from the University of Leicester, alongside a CIPD Certificate in Employment Law (UK). She is a Certified Trainer at NQF Level 8 and is authorised to deliver City & Guilds Certificates and Diplomas in Leadership and Management.
Her distinguished career includes leading HR transformations for high-profile international projects including RIU Hotel Construction and partnerships with Spanish multinational companies. She has served as Council Member and Former Chairperson of the Staff Committee at the University of Mauritius, and partners with SME Mauritius and the Regional Training Centre.
