How to claim your HRDC refund – step by step

📄 Step 1: Submit G1 Application Form (Before training)

Before your employees start a course, you must submit a G1 form via the HRDC Online Training Grant System. Deadlines vary by training type:

  • Local Training Scheme: at least 3 working days before start
  • Structured Online / In-house / E‑Learning: at least 5 working days before start
  • Overseas Training: at least 10 working days before start

After course completion, submit the G3 form along with supporting documents. Deadlines for submission:
